This recently converted luxury Barn conversion is furnished to a very high standard, combining old and modern to give a contemporary feel. This individual holiday cottage is separate from Bookham Court but the games room, Wildlife hide and fishing lake may be used by all the cottages free of charge.

Ground Floor:

The spacious open plan ground floor has a large kitchen with range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

Leather sofas add style to the sitting area, with TV/Freeview channels, DVD and CD player. 

A good quality sofa bed allows sleeping accommodation for an additional 2 guests. 

The dining table will seat up to 10 guests.

A computer provides Broadband connection free of charge.

The ground floor twin bedroom has an en-suite disabled shower/wet room, (M2), with grab rails,emergency bell and shower stool, (shower chair available on request).

The ground floor has underfloor heating with wooden floors and radiators upstairs.

First floor:

Two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms

Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room

Crowthorne Cottage has a large private patio and garden with garden furniture & BBQ.

High chair/cot/stair gate on request

Linen, towels and electric included in the price

Maximum 2 dogs accepted at an additional cost of £20/dog

Ample parking for 3 or 4 cars on gravel driveway.

Games room, lake & hide situated at Bookham, 1/3rd mile walk.
