Leather sofas add style to the sitting area, with TV/Freeview channels, DVD and CD player.  A good quality sofa bed allows sleeping accommodation for an additional 2 guests. The dining table will seat up to 10 guests.

A computer provides Broadband connection free of charge. 

The ground floor twin bedroom has an en-suite disabled shower/wet room, (M2), with grab rails,emergency bell and shower stool, (shower chair available on request).

The ground floor has underfloor heating with wooden floors and  radiators upstairs.
