Leather sofas add style to the sitting area, with TV/DVD player and CD player.  A good quality sofa bed allows sleeping accommodation for an additional 2 guests.  An Interactive computer allows viewing of the Dorset local wildlife at the touch of a button - see chicks hatching, bees in their hive and birds feeding from your sitting room, subject to the time of year.

The cottage dining table will seat up to 10 guests.

A downstairs twin bedroom is available. This room has an en-suite disabled shower/wet room, graded M2.

Ground floor has underfloor heating on wooden floors and radiators upstairs.
